what we do

An international collective focused on empowerment and self-expression through art, yoga, herbalism, exploration, movement, mantras, sustainability and respect for pachamama.

We believe in the power of consciousness of every breath, where yogic movements enable that breath to become steady, allowing for new, clean energy to flow into the mind and body. We explore a peaceful connection with past and present cultures and spirits, through plant medicines, gatherings, and understanding of our relationship with the natural world. The world around us teaches us more than other forms of education, and yet we abstain so quickly from slowing down, observing and listening. Our collective is a worldwide community, a compilation of beautiful souls, each with a gift and unique set of experiences, full of desire to share our knowledge, and give back to maintain the equanimity, because the spirit of beauty flows in, only where the proportions are harmonious.

Our practice.

Breath Work. A mindful focus on every breath taken. Breath to movement. Breath to action. Breath to non-action. Breath in times of struggle. Breath in times of anger. Breath in times of anxiety. Breath in times of fear. Breath in times of happiness. Breath in times of excitement. Breath in times of stillness. Breath in times of thinking of the final cessation of breath.

Sound Healing. Crystal bowls. Tibetan Singing Bowls. Mantras. Drum Circles. OM. The vibrations emitted have a healing power that does not require words or explanations or rationalization. The body needs to release.

Meditation. A type of focus on breath, an object, a sound, a movement. A filling of the body, mind and spirit with a sense of wholeness. A reflection on detachment from the physical self.

Women’s Wellness. A connection with the female inside of you. The spiritual path taken towards self discovery. Learning to be accepting of yourself and everyone. A path of love and sister + sister connection.

Mother Nature. Giving back more than we take.
R E S P E C T for Pacha Mama, Madre Tierra, Mother Nature, It Bunoo, Papatūānuku, Máttaráhkká, แม่ธรรมชาติ, Great Goddess, Mama Africa, Gaia, Akna. A deeper understanding of the power nature holds. A deeper understanding of the choices we make without regard for Mother Nature.

Sustainability. A beautiful word, but when not put into practice becomes useless. The practice is a continuous evolution of oneself, in relation to the environment and community, not only within a small radius, but spanning the entirety of the universe. The food we eat, the clothes we wear, the products we buy, the choices we make are just that, choices. We decide. We buy. We dispose of. We turn a blind eye. We choose convenience over sustainability. But, we have a responsibility on this earth, in this life, to harness this power of choice, to be aware, educate and serve the needs for sustainable practices. Change begins with the individual.

Mindful Projects. Creativity as a form of mindful action. The space which we occupy is surrounded by beauty, the space which we are is beauty. By quietly observing and reflecting, we are invited to move deeper within ourselves and unleash the power of creativity that each and every one of us holds within.

Movement. An invitation to take part in physical movements, whether choreographed or not, linked to the breath, to eliminate tensions and create space for positive energetic flows. Dance, yoga asanas and other physical activities allow for our body to release trauma and feel the connection with our community. We are not alone in our suffering, and we should not be afraid to lean on others for support.

Our mats

The whole process of creation is handmade.

Our wool is dyed by hand, with natural pigments, which makes each rug completely unique and with color variations due to the handmade process.

We do not use machines during the entire manufacturing process, as we do not want to make identical pieces, but rather emphasize the difference made by hand.

Our mats are entirely natural and ethical, to offer your yoga and meditation practice to be in perfect communion with Nature and our Earth. They roll up easily to follow you in all your travels, and will adapt just as much to your interior decoration.

Unique, just as you are.
