Cherry W Philai Khader

Cherry, a life long student of this universe, is fascinated with yoga, all kinds of movement, mindfulness practice, art, eastern philosophy, TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and other alternative medicine, plants and the discussion of life in general. She likes hearing people’s stories of their adventurous moments as much as hearing about people’s experiences with different types of yoga, meditation, and self-improvement programs. She has a passion to continue learning (whatever it is that will help her become a better human being) and continue sharing her practice (in yoga, mindfulness and therapeutic movement) to help empower people, help them create better connection within themselves and with others, and help them find peace and balance in their life, through holistic practice. Cherry has been practicing yoga for more than 15 years in the US, Thailand and India and has been sharing her practice with people since 2013.
